Mobile Phlebotomy Service

Gone are the days of long waits in line for blood draws. Linked Solutions will come to your preferred location whether it be in your home or at work. Servicing the counties of: Leon, Wakulla, Jefferson, Madison, Taylor and Gadsden county.  Currently offering services after 5:30pm daily and weekends only.  Exceptions are based on availability.

Please allow a 24 hour minimum notice for service.

Mobile Social Service/Case Management

We are understand that circumstances may prevent you from handling your personal affairs, such as making appointments, going grocery shopping and making sure your personal needs in the community are met. We are able to provide these service as an add-on or by itself to assist with any barriers that you may have. Servicing the counties of: Leon, Wakulla, Jefferson, Madison, Taylor and Gadsden county.  Currently offering services after 5:30pm daily and weekends only. Exceptions are based on availability.

Mobile Notary Service (FL only)

General Notarizations, real estate docs, power of attorney, etc. Servicing the counties of: Leon, Wakulla, Jefferson, Madison, Taylor and Gadsden county.  Currently offering  services after 5:30pm daily and weekends only. Exceptions are based on availability.

Mobile DOT/non DOT Drug Screening (FL only)

Whether you're a CDL driver needing a Department of Transportation-compliant test or an employer requiring pre-employment, post accident, or random drug testing, we bring certified, reliable screening directly to your location.

We serve the surrounding counties of Leon, Wakulla, Jefferson, Taylor, Madison, and Gadsden in North Florida. Our mobile services extend to these areas to ensure accessibility and convenience for our clients.

Who can use services?

We serve individuals, homebound patients, seniors, busy professionals, wellness clients and VIPS. 

Do you require a doctors order for lab work?

Yes, a valid lab requistion or doctor's order is required for all medical blood draws. You or your doctor may send the order prior to scheduled appointment by emailing: info@linkedsolut.com

If you don't have access to a computer, it's ok. Just reach out to me directly for instructions at: 850-556-5646.

What labs do you work with?

We currently work with Labcorp only. 

How can I prepare for my appointment?

Please be prepared to provide identifying information such as a photo ID. If this is your first visit, please also be prepared to answer a few questions to get acquainted. Note that some but not all lab test do require fasting. Always confirm with your doctor about any specific fasting requirements. Drink water and stay hydrated. 

How much are your services?

Mobile Phlebotomy services start at $75. Prices may vary based on location and time. If you are interested in combining other services, such as case management/or social services, we can provide a package or monthly subscription. 

Notary services start at $45 based on location. 

DOT/Non-DOT Drug Screening are $50 for a single test. If you have a business and need at least 5 individuals tested at once, a discount is offered. 

We do not bill insurance. Please be prepared to self-pay for all services. Cash or card payment accepted.

There are multiple ways.

3. Call or text 850-556-5646 with your name, call back number, desired service with preferred date and time for an appointment and you will receive a response within 24 hours or sooner.
